Li-Jhen was a flight attendant for China Airlines and traveled to 25 countries and over 50 cities. This experience of seeing the world was precious to her. She gained a global outlook from the experience and now she sees county affairs from this standpoint. Li-Jhen strives to put Taitung County on the world map. “Global Vision; Local Wisdom”- Li-Jhen has the qualifications and the determination to bring Taitung County into international society.

Li-Jhen was also an efficient and highly disciplined person throughout her school years. Therefore, under her leadership, the county administration team values the quality and efficiency of services highly. She demands the staff at the county office serve all Taitung residents with the utmost sincerity and enthusiasm.

During her career, Li-Jhen was once the Sales Director of Li-You Construction Company. So, with training in modern business management, Li-Jhen runs the county administration with principles of efficiency and goal management. She has had substantial experience in plan execution and such training has helped her to master the management of county affairs.

Working for the future of Taitung and listening to the voices of Taitung residents, Li-Jhen has also worked in the office of the chairman of the Taitung County Council, Wu Jun-Li (吳俊立), for eight years. It was her duty to listen to the voices of county residents and convey messages in the most efficient manner to the council and other decision-making bodies. Li-Jhen is always informed and up-to-date with the latest trends and the slightest changes in affairs related to the residents of Taitung. With comprehensive experience and qualifications, Li-Jhen has the support of the county residents and can serve the county without undue hindrance.
“Happiness” is such an abstract term, but in the midst of the rivers and mountains of Taitung County- a Modern Day Shangri-la; it has become a reality for Taitung residents. Such true happiness has been the promise of Li-Jhen and the hope for the residents of Taitung County.
Li-Jhen believes that in the near future the term “Taitung County” will become synonymous with true happiness.
